Under this model, rather than the client being charged a pre-determined fee, the client gets to determine what the session was worth, and pay accordingly. (If you’re a first responder, the first few sessions are on the house.)
Please Note: The exception to this pricing model is for nonsmoking sessions. The price for nonsmoking sessions is $200 per session. Even at this rate, your cost savings over the course of a year from becoming a nonsmoker will be hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
All sessions will be done remotely by phone or videoconference.
Hypnotherapy is a method of using positive suggestions and imagery during the hypnotic state to help clients create positive changes in his or her life, from building confidence and setting goals, to dealing with fears and phobias and other issues, so that clients may more forward more effectively.
If you are dealing with a diagnosed or diagnosable physical, emotional, or mental health disorder and would like to try hypnotherapy, you would be well advised to seek out a medical doctor, psychiatrist or psychotherapist that has training and experience in hypnotherapy, or to get a referral from your psychiatrist or psychotherapist to work with a hypnotherapist as a complementary treatment. (If you contact me for an issue that a doctor, psychiatrist, or psychotherapist would be the best person to see, I will require a referral from that individual first, as I want all of my clients to get the best and most appropriate care possible.)
In any case, make sure you speak with your hypnotherapist before your first session, and make sure that they have the relevant experience and training. Most importantly, make sure they are someone you will feel comfortable with and look forward to working with.
As your hypnotherapist, I will work with your own existing beliefs, and work to help you strengthen and reinforce your own positive beliefs, and help you reframe or remove any negative thinking that you’re ready to move beyond.
That said, your own approach to this answer will largely depend on your own beliefs. A significant portion (20-25%) of our fellow Americans already believe in past lives (including, interestingly enough, about 25% of American Christians much to the consternation of some church authorities).
If you are one of those who already believe in reincarnation, then Past Life Regression Hypnosis may be an interesting way of exploring those beliefs.
If you’re more interested in what science and research has to say, then you may want to explore the findings of the University of Virginia School of Medicine’s Department of Perceptual Studies. (UVA’s Medical School ranked #26 in the most recent U.S. News & World Report rankings, so it’s a fairly legitimate institution.)
Even if you don’t believe in past lives, the experience of Past Life Regression Therapy may still be a useful one. Some people find that the experience allows them to deal with their current issues more effectively, by framing the problem as happening in another place and time. This allows the individual to analyze things more calmly and objectively, and bring back the lessons learned under hypnosis and apply them to their current situation.
Most people find the experience of past life regression therapy to be both interesting and insightful.
